Sale of house or land under $300,000.00 with loan to payout $1,100.00
Sale of house or land $300,000.00 to $850,000.00 no loan on property $1,200.00
Sale of house or land $300,000.00 to $850,000.00 with loan to payout $1,300.00
For all sale contract preparation we require an upfront payment of $300.00 to order the searches required and prepare the contract. So, if you do not sell your property you only pay $300.00 for the contract preparation and the relevant searches which are usually valid for 6-12 months. We accept direct deposit or credit card payment of these costs. The balance of the costs are payable on completion of the Sale.
